- Contact Sleeve Right in the event of a defect in the actual product.
- Only defective items are available for return, a sample of the defect must be sent to Sleeve Right prior to the return of any item.
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returned items if they are ordered incorrectly or perceived incorrectly.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and the transport company.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Sleeve Right reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
